The energy-citizenship cluster (GRETA · EnergyPROSPECTS · EC² · DIALOGUES) supplies the affective and behavioural scaffolding. The H2020 coal quartet (ENTRANCES · CINTRAN · TIPPING+ · TRACER) supplies thirteen regional case studies on identity, decline and post-industrial trajectory. GreenPulse picks up here and goes further: meso-level narrative evidence on why the gap reproduces, with workers and communities as authors not respondents.

GreenPulse's Historical-Archival fieldwork (HACx) reads archives in the service of competence design under TRANSFO-07 — different research question, energy-specific scope, paired with present-day NECx workshops, operational forward-facing outputs (VET curricula, GreenComp cross-walks, competence-pathway briefs). The two clusters share protocols, harmonise competence-statement formats and run joint Multi-Stakeholders Meetings — cumulative base, not parallel silo.
